It’s been a minute…

In fact, it’s been a year since our Creative Director, Jamie Carroll, finished up teaching at Enmore TAFE Design Centre. Two years of teaching through the pandemic was quite the baptism of fire and a fantastic experience but we are very happy to have Jamie back in the studio doing Jamie things. Things that add value and quality to all of our offerings.

Since Jamie left teaching, two of his former students have joined our team as Designers. Jasmine Huang and Chloe Dreis were standouts in their final year at Enmore, and they have been continuing to shine here at Leading Hand since September last year.

Chloe’s strong typography and branding skills have played out in campaigns for Glen Street Theatre, Riverside Theatres Parramatta and, recently, the 2023 Sydney Writers’ Festival. Chloe’s first branding project for the 2024 Australian Elder Abuse Conference, Turn up the Volume, has been a big hit with the client and is the first Leading Hand branding and style guide under her belt. Congrats, Chloe!

Jasmine’s illustration and animation skills, among many others, have been showcased in work for Social Ventures Australia, Compass.info and Forward Agency. Jasmine’s branding skills have also been applied to the recent campaign for Dove Camp, an event promoting self-care from one of the world’s leading beauty brands. Quite a coo… sorry, coup! Well done, Jasmine.
