Sydney Writers’ Festival
We were invited by the Sydney Writers’ Festival to implement their rebrand for the 2016 season and further evolve that branding for the 2017 Festival.
Using the suite of icons, typefaces and the new Sydney Writers’ Festival colour palette, we designed ads, banners, signage, digital assets, invitations, wayfinding and a myriad applications to optimise the new brand.
Hundreds of pieces of artwork were seen around the venues and surroundings at Walsh Bay, in newspapers, and signage in and around the Sydney CBD.
The Sydney Writers’ Festival staff and board were extremely happy with the branding rollout and Leading Hand have been commissioned as the primary design agency ever since.
