Since Leading Hand’s first collaboration with the Institute of Public Administration Australia – or IPAA, for short – we’ve worked on an exciting diversity of communications assets and branding projects for this member-based, non-profit organisation.

IPAA promotes excellence in public service through course offerings, guides, networking events and insights, and our ongoing relationship with this valued organisation involves a richly varied range of creative outputs.
Most days in the Leading Hand offices will see our team producing multiple deliverables for IPAA, including EDM banners, annual reports, presentation slide decks, media walls, signage, internal documents, event programs, guides, certificates, web tiles and pull-up banners. We also produce material for specific campaigns and initiatives.
For IPAA’s Working in Government campaign, for example, we created a full branding suite, including icons, as well as print and digital outputs and animations. The assets featured a consistently clean and contemporary design that translated well to multiple formats, from flyers and brochures to animated videos, while the use of headshots emphasised the client’s focus on its members.
We also created and rolled out the brand for the institute’s podcast, IPAA Insiders, which included logo design, cover art, episode art, audiograms, web carousels and video content.
Supporting the development and success of over 40,000 state government employees is no small task. In addition, IPAA must constantly navigate rapid changes in the public sector environment and its evolving capability needs. It’s valuable work, and we’re thrilled to be involved.
