Us Mob and HIV

CHALLENGE
We were invited to refresh and adapt the Us Mob and HIV booklet design, which we had created, into a website – a resource that focuses on providing HIV information for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

SOLUTION
Working together with AFAO’s Project Officers for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, we created a suite of resources for educating and informing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities about preventing, testing and treating HIV and guidance on how to support those with HIV.

To refresh the original Us Mob booklet and brand, we developed new iconography, bright colours and used soft shapes to relay an optimistic and easily digestible design language. This simple design language was easily translatable across the booklet, website, posters, factsheets and animation.

We also developed a compelling animation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander HIV Awareness week to promote the website and booklet resources.
